”Rooms were a little dirty, hotel lost power halfway into our stay and wasn’t returned until the next day leaving us without hot water and causing the food we had in the mini fridge to go bad. We also weren’t restocked with any towels or anything during our stay.”

”I wasn't aware of how the freeway noise was going to affect our sleeping. That it was sooo close to the front of the hotel, and then an incredibly large truck stop on the other side!!! So had to wear my ear buds each night to drown out the noise. The Hotel was clean and stocked with treats, which was nice”

”The hotel was under construction but it was not shared prior to check in. The hallways smelled very strongly of paint and the outside patio by the pool was filthy. The staff were only moderately helpful.”

”I loved Prosperos and will definitely stay there again! But I will not use Expedia. I had a check-in that was a computer FaceTime and it startled me when I walked into the lobby and something said hello to me without me realizing that it was on a computer screen. She assigned me a third floor room. Fortunately, she referred to the agent at the counter because I had a dog with me and needed a pet room. I did not see that accommodation on Expedia website. I did not like the computer check-in...
