”Clean room, staff was great. ”

”The property is at a winery with beautiful views of swans and a new baby swan, and the surrounding vineyards. The grounds are in good condition and the areas next to winery are lush and green with lots of things to look at. The winery itself has good food and even better wine. The Glamp Cottage trailer we stayed in was full of amenities including an electric fireplace, outdoor fire pit, outdoor dining and a hot tub. When you walk inside it is decorated very nice. The view out the full size back...

”Really lovely and well appointed motel! Everything was new and fresh and so clean!! A really nice surprise after a very long road trip!! Would stay there again!!”

”Rooms were a little dirty, hotel lost power halfway into our stay and wasn’t returned until the next day leaving us without hot water and causing the food we had in the mini fridge to go bad. We also weren’t restocked with any towels or anything during our stay.”

”The hotel was under construction but it was not shared prior to check in. The hallways smelled very strongly of paint and the outside patio by the pool was filthy. The staff were only moderately helpful.”

”I wasn't aware of how the freeway noise was going to affect our sleeping. That it was sooo close to the front of the hotel, and then an incredibly large truck stop on the other side!!! So had to wear my ear buds each night to drown out the noise. The Hotel was clean and stocked with treats, which was nice”

”I was charged $86 for incidentals after check out, though it should have been $30; no email was sent to explain. OTOH, the breakfast buffet is good and the grounds are lovely. (Be aware that, as to be expected at a hot springs, the water smells and tastes funky.)”

”The Resort at Eagle Point was such a great place to stay. The units are beautiful & so comfy & clean! We didn’t want to leave!”

”Very clean room, good location, helpful staff. Nice continental breakfast.”

”The place is nice and away from the city. The place is very rustic and cozy, great if you are looking for something that gets you away from technology. Rooms don’t have a tv and the internet is a little slow, but the grounds are beautiful. Come early for the wine, the bar closes early and staff isn’t around after it closes.”

”I couldn't work the key card. These have been in use for some time now, and some have made it easier. Very frustrating!”

”Beautiful property. I wish we day more than one night there so we could have had time just to sit on the porch taking in the river and surrounding nature. Maybe on a return trip…. Then We can try their restaurant too. It’s a relaxing place and the cider place next door has tasty cider.”

”Beautiful property on the winery. Nicely decorated room & large shower. Separate living, kitchenette & bedroom area. The only downside is the room we had had the parking area on one side & the winery tasting room on the other. So we kept our curtains closed. Also the hot tub was dirty. We were looking forward to using it. ”
