”Excellent location! Near restaurants and by the water. Beautiful sunset from my balcony. Comfy bed! Very clean! Really enjoyed my staff. Now it’s my preferred hotel in the area”

”The first room had not been cleaned... The second room's heater did not work. We finally got into a decent room on the third try. The pool was murky. I didn't even let my kids go in the hot tub because it smelled so weird. The sauna was luke warm. The breakfast was good, and the staff were trying hard. Overall, it was functional but a little run-down and understaffed. ”

”This hotel were one of the best, I have stayed at numerous Hyatt regencies and all of them makes the grade. But this Hyatt with the view of the river puts it over the top. The staff was very nice and very knowledgeable and also very helpful. I recommend Hyatt hotels in general but I especially recommend this Hyatt in Kent Narrows ”

”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...

”The property was beautiful, Customer Service was exceptional, the food at the restaurant was delicious, and the room in the barn building was beautiful. My family and I will definitely be returning!”

”Property is very close to airport and very convenient. I rated staff good because they were not clear on the airport shuttle bus and I ended up missing it by 2 minutes and being forced to hire an Uber. That communication should have been better. ”

”Great hotel, and a very good location convenient to a lot of great restaurants sent to the convention center. The only issue I had was that the restaurant and bar were minimally staffed. I’d hoped to find a lot more lively a hospitality aspect at the hotel. But the rooms were nice and quiet.”

”We were surprised to find out upon our arrival that parking was not included in our stay. Apparently the lot is owned by an outside entity. Our room was fairly clean and comfortable. The breakfast left a lot to be desired.”

”Expedia need to work better with their affiliates. I booked for a room for 5 people and when we got there they said they don't have such room. I paid for 2 nights but did a late checked in the morning after the first night. I requested a cot then and 4 more times after that. We did not get our cot till almost 10 on our last night.”
