”Hotel Hayat -sign says its 4 star hotel, but in real life it's more like 2 star hotel with a crappy breakfast. Electricity didnt work at night time on the top floor, so we couldn't even charge our phones. In addition, there are only handtovels in this hotel! Location is good, very close to old town. If you travelling on a budget this hotel will do but otherwise I would consider other place to stay.”

”Arriving to this hotel,the area around it didn't seem nice. After walking around it, it was better heading toward the old town. Hotel is situated a few minute walk from the old town. Even before that you will come across cafe worth stopping by. The big new shopping mall is easily reached by a tram going from the other side of the river just a couple of minutes walk from hotel. Beside that, all ordinary tourist needs in Sarajevo are within a walking distance. Hotel itself is brand new and...
