The hotel location is perfect for Terminal 3 in Jakarta. The TV in the room was difficult to use and there were no instructions in the room. If not for this I would have given it 5 stars. It was overall excellent value with a very efficient check in and check out process.

I am a frequent stayer at the Anara Hotel. It is conveniently located inside terminal 3 of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. As a frequent traveler, it is important for me to have comfortable and convenient hotel stays, especially since my connecting flight from Jakarta usually departs around midnight. Anara has a clean and modern design. Their lobby is spacious and well-lit and has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel’s check-in process is smooth and efficient, thanks to their friendly, accommodating, and professional staff. I always find their rooms to be clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with amenities expected of a good hotel. The bed is soft and inviting, and the linens were fresh and crisp. The room is also equipped with a flat-screen TV, a work desk, and complimentary Wi-Fi, which made it easy to stay connected and productive during my stay.

My flight landing time is expected at 23:30, so I informed the hotel in advance my late check in, it would be at 0:30. However the hotel receptionist told me on the phone that the latest check in was by 23:00 ! How it comes at the capital international airport hotel ! Finally the receptionist said “we could ACCEPT this time.”

Clean, comfortable and conveniently located: best place to stay when catching an early flight. More signage is definitely needed inside the airports terminals to find it.

The property should have more clear instructions at the international arrival hall to instruct guests on how to get to the hotel. Other than that, great service, great area, great room

Located right at the heart of terminal 3 at Jakarta's Soekarno-Hatta airport, this is a well run and pleasant airport hotel. Rooms are well laid out and large, and well kept. The restaurant, including the breakfast, is top rate. Overall this is a great place to stay when flying in or out of Soekarno-Hatta.

I asked for free BUS service from Terminal 3 to terminal 2. As an answer from the front desk I just receive expensive taxi prices. That's not ok. When the guest directly asks for the airports free BUS service between the different terminals, there is also one BUS where you pay 5.000 IDR (less costs) then the front office team should agree and help the customer. I can understand that it is easier to take a taxi, but the prices are quite higher. Let the customer finally decide, which way he / she will make use of. Thank you.
