Since arriving at the property I was made to feel, wanted, loved and cared for. Nothing was too much trouble and all of the staff have tremendous local knowledge and were able to advise about excursions places to go surfing and areas of special interest.
In particular, Sri - she was so kind and directed me to a surf school perfect for beginners. Chef Anam is very knowledgeable about old Indonesian and international cuisine and he and I talked for hours about food work and family life. Rifa, has a beautiful friendly warm and charismatic disposition you cannot help but want to be in his company. Muhal, another genuinely kind caring soul who could not do enough for me. We all shared great banter. Ardi on front office, was recommended to me by the restaurant manager at a previous resort I'd stay there in lombok and he did not disappoint.
These are only the names of the team that I can remember but everybody has been absolutely outstanding.
Highly recommend this resort for families solo travels and couples alike it's right on the beach of beautiful powder soft sand.
