This is the most comfortable stay I’ve had with a kitchen, big frig, great view to the city for a great price. Great for families too!

部屋は居間も寝室も広く、大変心地良く過ごすことができます。キッチンも浴室も清潔です。洗濯機も使え、乾燥もできますが、清掃の方が気を使って物干し用のラックを持って来てくれるなど、サービスはとても丁寧です。大変満足な滞在でした。

Fantastic for weekend escape in the City Center
The property is amazing. Well done Maintenance with wood floor. The bed is very comfortable (i forgot to check the brand). The bathtub is big. The office manager take me to the Room after check in. The view is fantastic (Sudirman street view). The hotel approved all of my requests.

Service is very responsive. We had issues with the washing machine not drying. Within minutes of my complaint, the staff came to replace it with another unit. Breakfast was really good. The buffet was limited but the kitchen was ready to whip up special order

I had a good stay here. All the rooms are located on floors 30+ so the view is excellent. I enjoyed a spa treatment (massage). The rooms are very spacious - only thing to improve is the in-room dining. Poor quality of food I would say, although I did enjoy the breakfast buffet down in the lobby. Would stay again.

Five star service
I stayed 2 nights recently but unfortunately the aircon in that room was not working despite tech crew attending to it. I had to pqck all my things n move to another room late in the night. But the new was very noisy (I am sensitive to noise) I couldn't sleep. The next day I had to move to another room However, through the whole saga, I had to applaud the staff. They showed great care n provided a service standard that is industry-leading. In particular, I want to thank the Manager Fandi. He went out of the way to ensure that all issues were remedied promptly. He personally ensured all remedies went well n called me thereafter to ensure all was well. Thank you, pak Fandi and staff. Keep up the good work. If you want a place with attentive caring staff, here is a place to stay.

Great Services with clean and spacious room
The room is spacious and comfortable. The Lady Operation Manager and the Head Chef were very helpful. They helped to prepare vegetarian foods for my breakfast when they found out that I am a vegetarian. Really appreciated. The room has a kitchen too with all of the required utensils for me to cook for myself. There is a small shopping mall, within 5-10 minutes walk, that allowed me to get the required ingredients for my cooking. Water Heater in my room took a while to heat up though. I was very satisfied with the stay overall and will definitely come back again for my next trip.

We really enjoyed our first stay here, so we extended another night. The 3-bedroom apartment was so spacious and has a great city view. Similar to other Marriott hotels that we stayed in Melbourne, Sydney, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam, the apartment offers very comfortable bedding, equipped with goose down pillows. It also has immaculate indoor swimming pools and gym facilities. The security is also great and their hospitality is second to none. All staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. For instance, my grandma had to use a wheelchair, so they were very supportive and strive to accommodate her special needs. However, there are some rooms for improvement that can make our stay more enjoyable. There’s a lack of in-house food options and the food quality isn’t really “five-star” for the price we had to pay. Not to worry, though.. Because it’s strategically located near prominent shopping centres, you can always order food from other places using external food services like Gojek’s Go Food. They took this feedback very seriously and we understand that they’re in the process of improving their in-house food and beverages. They even had their chef to come to us and discuss this concern. Such an amazing service!!! Overall, I highly recommend this apartment, especially if you’re travelling with a family or with someone who has special needs. Thanks for your hospitality, Marriott. I’ll definitely come back when I visit my family in Indonesia next time.

The apartment is comfortable, spacious and clean. Strategically located with MRT station at your doorstep, it’s also just minutes away from TransJakarta bus stop. It has best pillows in town and offers nice view, great swimming pools and cool gym areas. The downsides about this apartment are the lack of in-house food options, poor food quality, mediocre sound-proofing windows and outdated dishwasher. But, the hospitality is superb and the security is fantastic. So, I would definitely come back, but probably get food from other places.

It feels great to know that our location in the heart of the Sudirman district with direct access to MRT through hotel building does add a lot of conveniences for the guest to access all big malls of Jakarta. I am particularly pleased that you found our units spacious and indoor swimming pool, gym on the 28th floor which enables guest to have them more productive when they opt to stay with us whether for business or leisure. I am also glad that you loved our pillow which is part of “Marriott Revive” bedding standards. We have made the note on food quality and dishwasher concern which I will further discuss with the team and sincerely apologize for not meeting up to your expectations. I can assure you much better food quality experience and complete check on the working condition of all appliances in the unit. What I liked the most about my stay was how attentive the staffs were in the hotel. They were helpful. 2br apartment was just felt like our own home. Full facilities provided and made my family felt comfy staying in. Would definitely come back for another family visit next time. One thing that needs improvement is their cafe(breakfast area) it’s too small for when it’s peak season (stayed on Eid Fitr) and lacking options of food . Taste wise was good. Overall had a great stay.

The washing machine was broken. The replaced washing machine worked, but it moved with the vibration of the spin, which disturbed the door closing. There were several problems, but Daniel, who speaks Japanese fluently, was very kind and responded, so that point was very good.
