”There is no swimming pool”

”This was my fourth time staying at this resort. As always, my experience was very enjoyable. My family and I frequented the pool and the on site beach access almost everyday. Any issues (nothing major) that occurred were handled promptly and with care. I look forward to staying at this resort again soon!”

”The entire staff at this hotel was friendly, professional, helpful, & courteous. I was especially impressed with Robert, the gentleman that checked us in on our first day at the property. The dining area staff were also pleasant to deal with as was the lady that cleaned our room on a daily basis. ”

”We chose this hotel to save money by having breakfast included. However, when we checked in, they told us that they weren’t serving breakfast at the property anymore for no reason. It was very important to me because I wanted to have free breakfast with the family before starting the day. The gym also had very few machines. Other than that, everything was good. The hotel is close to the beach. The only issue was that breakfast wasn’t included, and that really affected our experience.”

”Pool bar and staff were fantastic! “Key” was so kind, young man at front desk was also very kind. Balcony view room had no chairs for us to sit on. They “ran” out, had to roll out the desk chair and share among the 3 of us. Pool was nice but is shared with people that buy passes to swim there but are not staying. Got very crowded at times. Loved that it’s across the street from the Seawall tho. Super comfy beds!”

”The staff were really nice and friendly. The guest dryer was broken so they would take our wet clothes and dry them for us. The breakfast was really good but it would have been nice if they would switch it up some instead of serving exact same thing every morning (we were there 3 mornings). We did kill a few roaches in the room! And the entire hallway smelled like weed because someone at the end of the hall was enjoying themselves. The lady working went and told the guest they had to leave but...

”When we arrived at the property at 1030pm I walked by a lady outside talking loudly to someone on the phone. I didn’t think anything of it and thought she was just arguing with someone . I go to the front desk,,no one‘s there I start calling to the open door behind the front desk for someone and no response. Anyhow, another five minutes passes by and the lady that was outside. Arguing comes in and she’s the person that was running the front desk mind you. She’s still on the phone arguing with...

”clean and great access to the beach”

”The hospitality was so welcoming it was exactly what we needed after going through a stressful situation. We been here almost 3 weeks and the property and staff have been amazing.”
