”I usually stay at high end boutique hotels, so I ended up here only because I needed a place for an unexpected layover. The amenities at those types of hotels are obviously on a different level, but I’ve honestly never stayed somewhere this nice at this price point. What really set this place apart was the service. ”Room was clean and when we needed more towels or toilet paper, housekeeping staff was great. Breakfast was simple but on time and refilled often. Daytime front desk staff was very short with me and not willing to make any changes whenever I made a request. I booked a room that should have slept 4, but it clearly only slept 3. The fold out couch is tiny - was offered a roll away at an additional fee, even though the room was listed by the fire marshall as a an occupancy of 3 but it was sold...

”All I really care about is a clean room. It was fine-ish, but when the staff came to clean our room after having to request a cleaning, they sort of made the bed, tossed some towels in the bathroom, emptied some of the garbage and left the rest. Towels on the ground, trash left in random places, nothing wiped down. It was less than bare minimum. Super disappointed. They were not well equipped to handle the busy weekend. Also, the buffet breakfast for $15 is every other hotel’s complementary...

”The breakfast was delicious—much better than expected. The hotel had bikes that we were allowed to use for free. There were some awesome bike trails nearby and we enjoyed exploring them. The light rail was inexpensive and very convenient, although it seems as though it will be replaced with buses for the month of July to allow maintenance of the tracks. There was no restaurant in the hotel but there were some tempting restaurants within walking distance.”

Parking was completely stress-free with a convenient ramp that bridges directly into the hotel via a covered skywalk. Our room was spotlessly clean and featured a great, big TV perfect for winding down. Another massive highlight was the breakfast; there were tons of options, and the fact that it stays open until 10:00 AM...

”My overall experience was very positive. I would definitely stay there again. I wish that the Hotel staff had explained to me that the hotel was connected to our major indoor shopping area, which I only discovered on my last day there, but would have made my stay more pleasant to know from the beginning. This is actually a major attraction of the hotel and they are underselling the Hotel by not telling guests about it.”
