”The only negative was that the walls were so thin that we could hear our neighbor over the TV and they were up til 1 am .”

”This hotel was a very nice surprise, excellent quality for the price! Everything was new and absolutely spotless. The hotel had everything we needed, the room was huge and the bed very comfortable. It's refreshing to see hotels that are maintained this well. Extra points for having oat milk for coffee!”

”Nice property. Nice breakfast bag provided right to the room. Only complaint was the TV tended to freeze up at times. Overall, a nice experience.”

”I was able to still check in after the worst experience of the days inn the customer service was great. The state was wonderful. Bear was comfortable felt like he was at home. It was very convenient for us. I appreciate you. I love the fact that you were willing to still check in at the late hour that I checked in, the guy was still helpful and friendly. I appreciate the stay at best Western. Thank you so much for asking my opinion. Keep doing what you’re doing and hiring.”

”tv never had signal so we could not watch anything. Thankfully we had ipad Stayed on 2nd floor and kids ran up and down hallways well into the night keeping noise!!!!”

”Pool was closed for the year the gym the equipment was broken with one dumbbell had to wipe the bathtub down with a magic eraser before using turned a washcloth yellow”

”The property is undergoing significant renovations. They do not disclose this until you get there. This should be disclosed before the guests arrive. Things are kind of a mess. And the whole place smells like a construction zone. Normally, has been a nice place when they have their stuff together. Personally, I believe the place should be closed until the renovations are complete. But if not, let guests know what is going on in advance.”

”Our stay was wonderful, we were surprised by the apt sized refrigerator with freezer as well as the dishwasher. The room was big with a nice couch. The shower was roomy. We only spent one night but would consider this type hotel again, especially for a longer stay.”

”If you’re looking for comfort, this isn’t the right place. If you just want to close your eyes for a few hours then you may have luck here. The carpets are all sticky, the hallways smell of cigarettes, the beddings are thing and stained, the towels are very old and heavily used and stained. There was a stench in my room, I could hear my neighbors next door…in a nutshell, not worth I paid for but more affordable considering the alternatives..”
