”Enjoyed the stay, this was a birthday weekend trip. The only issue we had is that the ice machine was not working. We were there a little bit before the season started. Otherwise we enjoyed the stay, the room, the staff and location.”

”The room was very clean and the hot tub was amazing! The only complaint I had was I found insects in the room, which I reported to the staff”

”Shower water was barely warm & difficult to regulate with two antique handles that didn't work well. Toilet seat was low & looked like a leftover from the 70's.”

”Absolutely loved my stay here. Very clean, great food options, friendly staff, the continental breakfast that’s brought to your door is such a nice touch of hospitality. Would definitely recommend and come back again. Also super convenient to highway and the gaming floor is so much fun. ”

”Had to move to different room because next me guys( construction workers) playing music loud drunk. But the night attendant was great moved me from basement to third floor, very quiet!”

”This was a perfect place to stay for the weekend while I was in town. The room was so cute, and the staff was so nice. The chef's breakfast every morning was a nice addition. Would definitely stay here again and will share this place with all my friends and family if they need a place! ”

”No pool. Staff was great. Shower was clogged and never fixed. Even after they said someone came in and fixed it. Had to shower in 4in of your dirty water and took about 10 minutes to drain. ”

”If you need somewhere for a quick overnight it was fine, but I wasn't pleased with the room. It wasn't dirty but it wasn't as clean as it could have been. BUT the manager and staff were great. Very accommodating and when she learned we weee not happy with our stay, she went above and beyond to compensate us. Not the best Holiday Inn Express I have stayed in, but the staff was attentive so nothing bad to say! ”

”The Publisher was a great surprise, hotel is beautiful and quite they welcomed our 70lb Australian Shepherd. We had pre dinner drinks in the bar and dinner with our daughter and her boyfriend in the hotel restaurant. I would definitely recommend staying here!”

”Staff was in a rush, a bit sharp in conversation. No "drink upon arrival" as advertised. They didn't provide a robe/ person. We were short one robe, despite having to enter the hall to access the bathroom. No hair conditioner offered. The breakfast was pretty normal weekend fare (scrambled eggs with cheese, French toast with sandwich-sized bread), fresh fruit cup. No extra food offered on table.”

”This hotel was a very nice surprise, excellent quality for the price! Everything was new and absolutely spotless. The hotel had everything we needed, the room was huge and the bed very comfortable. It's refreshing to see hotels that are maintained this well. Extra points for having oat milk for coffee!”
