”Smells everywhere. Room and linens (pillow) smell like BO and sweat in two rooms. Hallway smells like weed. Horrible wet powder eggs breakfast. Staff was nice but need to be more proactive when they are not sitting around eating in lobby which they seemed to constantly be doing”

”Property is becoming run down, and not cleaned or maintained well. I stayed in two different rooms over eight days, and visited friends in other rooms. In the first room there was mold in the refrigerator and around the shower. In the second room the shower curtain was mildewed, there was mold around the shower base, and a cockroach on my fourth day. On three separate occasions the cleaning staff didn’t pull the door shut all the way so the door was left open most of the day. The area around the...

”The front desk lady was awesome. She gave great directions to get our boys uniforms clean. Also the location was great. The boys walked over and I was able to leisurely get there.”

”They let us have our goldendoodle, they were quick to accompany us when we asked for a ground floor room. Very nice safe area to walk our dog at night.”

”AC leaked water all over the floor, it worked well and staff told me it would be fixed the next day so I didn't switch rooms, of course it wasn't, i don't imagine they have a plan to fix it because the size of the hole in the AC unit where the water rusted the grate apart was about 6 inches wide so they gave me a bucket and extra towels. The pool was great, very well kept, playground was well kept, only things I would change is maybe the hotel could pick up the mountains of trash in the hallways...

”The tvs didn’t work there was no accommodation for that my entire stay after the front desk said it would be fixed by the morning front staff is also rude”

”The room still had someone’s clothes the closet. The room smelled of smoke. A couple of guys followed my wife and little cousin around the building causing them to feel uncomfortable and unsafe. The pool was off colored and all doors were held open by rocks. Went to the store and my kids called crying because a Mexican man walked in our room and he used a key but he was intoxicated and they had to push him out of them room.”
