”Bathrooms need to be properly cleaned. White plastic plates and cups provided in Breakfast were not clean and were dirty. Kitchen hygiene was not good. Staff were supportive though and turnaround time was quick for other areas. Hotel was reachable by cabs and autos were only few steps away which was good.”

”First of all I was put not into Alif Laila but in another House Boat "Gulfaam". With very poor cleaning and service. It was a bad experience. No bills given for food bills, but charged.”
