The space
Palm Breeze is a 3-bedroom hill estate in Jan Thiel — mountain and garden views, private pool open 24 hours year-round, and a shaded palapa built for long afternoons. No cruise ships. No resort strips. Caracasbaai beach is a 3-minute walk. Jan Thiel Beach is 3 minutes by EV.

Inside:
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 king beds + 1 queen, open-plan living. Bamboo sheets —"I already ordered a bamboo topper for our bed at home" as one guest put it.

Walk-in closets. Room-darkening shades. 42" HDTV with Netflix. Sonos. 84 Mbps wi-fi, speed-test verified — the fastest connection in the Tommy Coconut portfolio. Split ductless AC in the bedrooms. If a call lands mid-vacation, there's a dedicated workspace.

Outside:
Private pool open 24 hours. Private hot tub. Shaded palapa — the palm-thatched zone where lunch lands on Monday and long conversations land every evening. Hammocks. BBQ. Outdoor dining. Garden.

Guest access
You have the entire estate. Private pool, hot tub, palapa, hammocks, garden, BBQ, outdoor dining — all yours, no shared use.

Caracasbaai beach (5-minute walk) is public but quiet — locals' favorite.
Dive school next door if anyone wants an intro dive with Julian.
Jan Thiel Beach is a 3-minute drive — and the Tommy Coconut car is recognized at the gate, which opens automatically for you.

Your turquoise iCar EV-SUV sits at the estate from arrival to departure. Charge it at home. The week drives itself.

We include a beach gear set — snorkels for everyone, beach safe, two beach chairs, a cooler, portable SUP/kayak. It stays in the SUV.

EVERY DAY — FULL-BOARD, PLACED ACROSS THE ISLAND

Three meals a day at local hot spots you shouldn't miss out on, included.

— Lunch placed where your day lands — every Dushi Week is custom-designed to your family, and the lunch spots come with the itinerary. Boat day lunch is a beach BBQ with Captain Mike as chef
