While our room was good, the hallway to the room smelled of strong musty smell, probably from the pool and people coming from the pool over time.
The guests in the room next to us had crying kids, loud TV and People shouting from 9 pm when we checked in and yet till 12:00 midnight when we were finally able to move rooms.
The staff tried to address the loud behavior of the guests in the next room, it was only temporary.
We were not the only guests to complain over this chaos. I personally think the guests carrying on should have been asked to leave, as their actions caused problems with more than 3 other guest rooms. Front Staff finally did offer us a different room, and we chose to move even though it was well after midnight.
We were settled into our new room around 1 am, then around 7 am the guest in the room next to us were smoking in the bathroom, smoke coming into the vents of our bathroom. So not Ideal, since no smoking allowed.
We will not be staying there again, hotel is too big and too many people.
