”The property can be qualified at most as an 1 star facility , maybe 2 because the bathrooms are clean and significantly run down . For example the rooms have no fridge , no ice machine in the hallways ( that smell strongly like cigarettes smoke ) , the head of the bed has the plug in the place where you will try to lay back and the light gets on and off depending how you lay . The staff is so poorly educated about the way they should do their job .”

”The bedroom was spacious and we also had a lovely balcony with views down to the harbour. We were met by our host on arrival and he showed us on a map some places to see in the national park. Due to ferry times, we arrived before the normal check-in time but our room was still ready which was appreciated. The bed was a bit soft but we still managed to sleep well. ”フロントデスクのないコンドミニアムタイプの宿泊が初めてだったので不安でしたが、 Expediaからのメッセージ機能で事前に連絡すると、返信がすぐに来たので好感がもてました。到着が遅れた際にも、メッセージ送信で快く対応していただけました。タオル補充はとても助かりました。お湯に制限があったので、シャワー使用は注意が必要です。立地が最高。オーナーのJelenaさんと対応スタッフのGeorgiaさんがとても親切でした。感謝しています。”

"Erittäin mukava henkilökunta. Hieman kuluneisuutta paikoissa, mutta perussiisti hotelli. Suosittelen. Upea maisema avautuu kaikkialta. Illallinen hyvä ja mielenkiintoinen "kotiruokamainen". Aamiainen hyvä!"

"Views from the hotel restaurant, Bar and rooms with a seaview are spectacular. Hotel staff should explain more explicitly at check in that the hotel consists of multiple buuldings and that your room might be quite hard to find at first. Our experience was like this: we drove Over two hours from the airport, arrived just before four o’clock, eaten only breakfast. Receptionist said that we have 15 minutes to get to the pool’s snack Bar If we would like to get something to eat before the supper starting at 6.30 pm. So, our room number was 53xx and we thought that we’ll just take the elevator to the fifth floor, drop our bags to our room (since the room number started with number 5) and quickly head out to the pool’s snack Bar. How wrong was i. There was no fifth floor and no one told us, where our room was. Didn’t find it before it was top late for the snack bar. So the start didn’t work out for us so well. For the rest of the trip the staff was really helplful and polite!"
