”Great stay, staff are brilliant & friendly and really helpful. One of the pools was closed which I wasn't aware when I made the booking but it wasn't much of a problem for us. Only negative for me is that if you have allergies or dietary requirements then they struggle to cater, The coffee shop didn't have any options for us and no alternative milk to dairy either. I had to check every item and list everything as many of the stuff didn't understand what Vegan was and my children have allergies...

”The hotel was clean and facilities new and well maintained. The dining options were limited, and the mall next door didn’t have many restaurant options either, so I’d plan for this if booking. ”An amazing hotel. Staff are super friendly, pool staff, house keeping and reception. Room was perfect, spacious clean and super comfy bed. View was totally amazing from all windows and pool. Pool was lovely, perfect temperature. We could only eat in the room during the day because of Ramadan, the buffalo wings were amazing. It's connected to the shopping centre that has a lovely walk way. Has a little shop for snacks. This was our favourite hotel out of four we stayed in. ”
