”The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful and kind. However, the hotel itself is poorly designed. To start, there is terrible ventilation in the guest rooms. My room was stuffy and uncomfortable the whole time, and I can’t imagine how much worse it could have been for anyone struggling with the altitude in Cusco as well. The showers were also terrible. ”Wonderfully clean hotel! Very close to the airport with about a 10 min taxi. The hotel can arrange your taxi service. We got there about 8pm and food was hard to order. You will need to ask for towels. Either speak good Spanish or have your Google Translate ready”

”Rooms were freezing, hot water took more than 10 minutes to arrive, staff spoke zero English. Bedding was clean, food was reasonable, about on a par with a Motel 6 in Alabama. ”

”A nice quiet place away from the busy central area. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the plaza if required. The hot water took a second to work but when it did it was very nice. Breakfast was basic but did the job. The spa was wonderful, the hours were a little short but great for relaxing after a long day. The massages are great and not expensive!”

”When we booked this, we were not entirely sure what the quality would be like, but it surpassed our expectations. Hotel staff was friendly and assisted us with a variety of issues such as ordering cars allowing my father to wait in the lobby due to his bad back. They could not have been more helpful.
