”Clean room, dated. AC noisy. Bathroom door on roller had big space. Average breakfast ran out of scrambled eggs had to wait 10 minutes. Two other guests complained about mold in their bathroom and rooms.”

”Had good experience two weeks ago on way to Florida. Unfortunately on way back had "technical difficulties". Cable TV did not work on 10 of the higher channels and an oldie (Good Fellas) we were watching suddenly dropped out and TV said poor/no connection. WIFI also cut out the following morning. The lighting for book reading on the beds was excellent. A large field near the property is great for exercising/running your pet off leash. ”

”It was a quick overnight on way home with our dog. The simple answer is we lijed it well enough on the way south thst we rebooked it for our way home. Room was very vlean, veds comfortable and the outdoir access was perfect for getting in and out with gear and pet. Great value and location. Plenty of places to eat and shop if need be. Staff very friendly but you're in the south so no surprise. ”

”I would not suggest courtland inn unless you have NO other options. I paid for a kkng suite and had a room the size of a walk in closet. Renovations are severly needed ”

”Bathroom had pubic hair left in shower. Outside of tun was. I dont know kinda gunk. There was hair in sink. Bed sheetsx ooked like they were too worn, too small to fit mattress. ”

”Building needs upgrades. The room door had issues closing. Pillows looked dirty with marks on the sheets. Service was great. I stayed at several Hilton hotels this trip and none were that great. The Microtel in Spring Hill Florida was so much better.”

”room was very old outdated. Don’t know when the last time it was properly cleaned, the chair was old raggedy, and the plastic on the chair was burnt and peeling off. I notify the desk. They said they knew it was like that I even took pictures, there was no housekeeper available for three days.”
