The fully equipped open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living space and features an oven, a dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, 2 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and opens onto a balcony. The second bedroom also features 1 French bed of the same dimensions, 160 cm by 200 cm, and includes a private shower and WC. The third bedroom is equipped with 2 beds and benefits from a private shower and WC, as well as access to a balcony. The fourth bedroom contains 2 beds and also opens onto a balcony. An additional shower and WC is available to serve the common areas of the apartment.
