The home offers plenty of opportunity to fully immerse yourself in the fresh air and scenic landscape whether on the screened-in porch featuring a gorgeous outdoor dining table with seating for 7, or on the deck at a bistro table and chairs for 3. Propane and charcoal grills are ready to be fired up by the grill master in your group.
Indoors, shabby chic meets country modern décor for an attractive and truly unique ambiance. The open floor plan seamlessly transitions one room to the next, blending openness with plenty of spaces for togetherness. The wood-burning fireplace becomes the focal point of the living room, facing plush sofa and armchair seating that beckons for a cozy movie night on the mounted smart TV. Just steps away, you will find an elegant chandelier draped over the indoor dining table, with seating for 6. If meals are to be enjoyed with a larger group, find leaves in the main-level queen bedroom closet to extend the dining table and bring chairs inside from the screened porch so the whole crew can dine together! Continue into the fully equipped kitchen, which has been beautifully updated with stainless steel appliances, and offers other amenities such as a coffee station with a Keurig maker and all the trimmings.
Take fun to the next level in the private game room featuring two arcade-style games or chill out on the daybed and catch up on your reading. If you’d like more time outdoors, and who could blame you, yet another outdoor area with café style seating is provided. Additionally, find space to curl up and lounge with a book in the second-level loft on one of the cozy daybeds. - Bedroom #1 includes 2 twin size beds and an ensuite bathroom with a large vanity and shower/tub combo.
- Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with single vanity and shower/tub combo. This room also offers access onto the deck.
- Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed.
The home also includes an additional full bathroom with single vanity and shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- The steps to the 2nd level loft area are being replaced with an updated spiral staircase. This will be different than what is pictured.
- Parking available for 3 vehicles.
- This property is equipped with 1 exterior security camera (Ring doorbell) facing the entry way.
- Pet friendly! Maximum of two 60 lb. dogs (or one 75 lb. dog) may be brought to this home. Cats are allowed. There is an additional pet fee of $25 per pet, per night for all pet types that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
- We welcome well-behaved dogs, but please note that cats are not allowed in this property due to homeowner allergies to litter and dander. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

To ensure access to the Big Canoe community, it is essential to provide the names of all guests to the Guest Service and Local management team no later than 48 hours before your arrival.
Nicknamed "The First Mountain City," Jasper is located 50 miles north of Atlanta, Georgia. It is also known as the Marble Capital of Georgia. Especially unique is the pink marble as seen at the historic Tate House. The city's small-town atmosphere lends itself to a friendly, mountain experience with good local restaurants, such as the Woodbridge Inn where Chef Hans Rueffert prepares a daily delight of signature dishes. Taste the local wines of Sharp Mountain Vineyards, golf the links at Big Canoe or Bent Tree, and explore the area's Cherokee heritage. Just a short drive from Jasper is the town of Talking Rock where you will find antique shops, a historic schoolhouse museum and artists' displays. Endless opportunities are available for you to explore the stunning North Georgia Mountains during your stay!
Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Our Hot tub fees are included in our pricing - no additional hot tub fees for our properties. You will have a fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, some properties offer both Keurig/Drip combo, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans.
Our Basic Provisions:
Include all linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-wash cloth PER person, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, streaming smart TV, internet, and propane grill or both charcoal and gas. (Some properties have more) Please pick up after your pet at pet friendly properties.
In addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (2 rolls per bathroom), Paper Towels (1 roll), Garbage Bags (2-3 bags), Dishwasher Detergent (1-2 loads), Laundry Detergent (1 load), and some Dishwashing Soap.
Returning Guests are considered VIPs….(when available) we offer free Early check in or Late check out - ask local management team. All trash must be properly bagged or charged a fine. Please abide by all the rules and be courteous of neighbors. If need be management reserves the right to and can evict rowdy/unruly guests on behalf of our owners. However, we have not had to do so yet!
