Casa Winston is a spacious 4-bedroom villa offering privacy, beautiful valley views and the convenience of being within walking distance of Jávea Old Town. Set on a peaceful residential street, it is an ideal choice for families and groups looking for space and relaxation.



The villa features a private 8m x 4m swimming pool surrounded by a large sunny terrace. With comfortable chill-out seating, a cabana day bed and shaded areas, there is plenty of space to relax throughout the day.



For more active guests, Casa Winston has its own full-size private tennis court with basketball hoops, perfect for some friendly competition.



The poolside dining area features a gas BBQ and a shaded dining table, creating the perfect setting for relaxed lunches and alfresco dinners with family and friends.



Casa Winston is mainly arranged on one level. Inside, you will find a spacious living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The main house has a king-size bedroom with en-suite bathroom, plus two further bedrooms, one twin and one with bunk beds, sharing a large shower room. The fourth bedroom is accessed from the pool area and features a king-size bed and private en-suite bathroom.



Several restaurants and a local supermarket are within a 5-minute drive, while Jávea’s Blue Flag beaches, bars and restaurants are approximately 10 minutes away.
