On the main floor where the entire dwelling is distributed, there is a spacious living-dining room with comfortable sofas, Smart TV, large wooden dining table with chairs, free WiFi and large windows that open to a beautiful covered terrace with an outdoor dining table. The independent kitchen, with exit also to the terrace, is fully equipped with ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, water heater, juicer and plates and bowls. Additionally, the apartment offers three beautiful rooms, one of them with two individual beds together and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. Situation

The establishment is located just 5 minutes walking from the Arenal area where the only sandy beach of Jávea "Playa del Arenal" is located, and all services, such as beach bars, restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets. Even closer, just 350m away, is the rocky beach "Playa Montañar I", with bathing areas and the seafront promenade that reaches the Port. The old town of Jávea is 3 km away and the airport "ALC" is 101 km away.
