Accommodation

The apartment has been recently renovated and decorated with an exclusive design. It offers WiFi, Air Conditioning, flat-screen TV and a spacious terrace to enjoy the fresh Mediterranean air.

This comfortable apartment has 3 bedrooms accommodating up to 6 people. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and the third has two single beds. It also has 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. The rest of the space is divided into a fully equipped separate kitchen and a spacious living-dining room with access to the terrace. In the common areas of the residential complex there is a garden with a large pool for adults and a smaller one for children.



Additional notes:

Important: The pool will be closed from 1 to 15 October for repair works.

The rental price includes 40 kWh per week of electricity, after that you must pay 0.35 EUR per kWh for additional consumption.

A cot and a high chair available upon request

The property is very well connected to the rest of Jávea, close to the Port, beaches, restaurants, pharmacy and supermarket. The residential area is quiet, ideal for couples with children or small groups.
