The villa boasts a generously proportioned south-facing terrace featuring a 10m x 6m private heated pool, ensuring complete privacy as it is not overlooked. The 'Pool Area' basks in sunlight for a full 10 hours each day during the summer months, creating an idyllic space for sunbathing without the concern of prying eyes. The garden has a large green lawn, with palms and exotic plants, ideal for the kids to play whilst you enjoy a good book from the comfort of your sunbed.



Casa Oleander´s grand open plan lounge, with a large dining table and fully fitted kitchen open onto an outdoor terrace with views of the pool and garden, creating a seamless 'outside in' experience. The fully fitted kitchen caters to all your needs, offering both indoor and outdoor dining options.



For added convenience a gas BBQ is provided, allowing you to stay close to your sunbed during lunchtime. The gas BBQ and terrace dining area is designed for poolside alfresco dining and quality moments with family and friends.



The villa comprises two ‘King Bedrooms’ both with beautiful ensuite bathrooms. An additional ‘King Room’ and ‘Twin Bedroom’ share an exquisite shower room, and complete 4 immaculate and comfortable bedrooms. Each room is impeccably appointed for maximum comfort, and the entire villa is air-conditioned, ensuring a splendidly equipped space that caters to the needs of families and groups, exuding an atmosphere of tranquillity.



Despite its peaceful setting, Casa Oleander is only a short 10-minute drive from the vibrant town of Javea, renowned for its 'Blue Flag Beaches,' lively bars, and delectable restaurants.
