An optional utilities and service package of EUR 162,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

Business guests are welcome in this accommodation, but there is a personal volume restriction. The maximum number of persons staying must be equal to the number of bedrooms of the accommodation.
