Through an entrance gate you enter the spacious parking lot of the site. The main entrance of the villa can be reached from here. From the swimming pool you have a magnificent view of the Montgó mountain, a piece of pure nature of 753 meters high. The glow at sunrise and sunset is breathtaking. In the garden there is also a covered patio and a petanque court with all the necessary equipment. The La Sella Golf Resort & Spa is only 6 kilometers away from the villa. Nearby there are some gastronomic restaurants, much loved by the locals. On the first floor is the living/dining room and on the right the separate large kitchen. Additional storage space can be found in the pantry. The living room is modern and attractively furnished with a comfortable sitting area, television with international channels and a Netflix connection. On the other side is the dining area with an extendable table. Through the sliding doors you enter the covered terrace (naya) with a beautiful lounge area and a small dining area. Once outside you can enjoy a unique view from the terrace. There is space for 5 vehicles on the property. The separate modern kitchen has all the necessary facilities including a coffee maker, Nespresso, dishwasher, oven, microwave and toaster.
