Welcome to Casa Lou Lou, an elegant Ibiza-style villa, fully renovated and nestled in the heart of the Jávea countryside on the Costa Blanca.

Located in the sought-after residential area of Cansalades, just 3 km from the famous Arenal beach , the villa enjoys a privileged environment offering peace, privacy and a superb unobstructed view of the surrounding hills.

Built on a wooded plot of 3,400 m² , Casa Lou Lou is a true haven of peace designed to share unforgettable moments with family or friends. With its 330 m² of living space , 6 bedrooms , 5 bathrooms , vast living areas and large heated swimming pool of 10 × 5 meters , it can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people .

The main living area, fully air-conditioned, offers a spacious lounge with a large screen TV, a dining room, and a superb open-plan kitchen. Its immense bay window blurs the line between indoors and outdoors, seamlessly extending the living space towards the terrace and swimming pool.

The upper floor features a dedicated relaxation area with

The sleeping area includes:

a superb master suite with a queen-size bed (180 x 200 cm), bathroom private bathroom (bathtub, shower and toilet) and direct access to the terrace

two bedrooms with private bathrooms, one equipped with a Queen Size bed (180 × 200) and the other with a 160 × 200 bed

a separate toilet

The last two bedrooms open onto a pleasant rear terrace equipped with hanging hammocks, ideal for a reading break or a nap in the shade.

All the windows in the villa are equipped with mosquito nets.
