The second bedroom is fitted with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also with air conditioning. The ground floor is served by 2 bathrooms: one featuring a bath, bidet, and WC, and the other with a shower and WC. Underfloor heating is installed throughout this level. On the upper floor, the third bedroom is appointed with a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 190 cm in length, air conditioning, electric shutters, and a private bathroom with shower, bidet, WC, and a double hand-basin, with direct access to the terrace.
