Also on this floor, 1 bedroom features 2 beds measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and likewise connects to the terrace. This level is completed by a shower room with WC and a separate WC. On the lower ground floor, the villa offers 3 additional bedrooms, each with its own terrace access. The first of these rooms contains 2 beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length and is served by a private bathroom with bath and WC, with a direct exit to the terrace and the swimming pool. The second room on this floor features 2 beds measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length.
