”We had a peaceful stay at the finca. The location is amazing and the owner Michael is a wonderful host. He was available to answer any questions we had and provided lots of information about the property and surrounding area. This is a beautiful secluded location with mountain, valley and ocean views. ”nice pool and the A/C works great. The negative side the shower head needs to be replaced and the host were fighting/arguing really loud at 1am to the point the husband had to sleep in the other container. Made it very awkward to say the least and unprofessional when you have guest. Would not stay for that reason.”

”When i got to Santa Teresa this people didnt have my reservation ready and they told me they didnt confirm the reservation because EXPEDIA DIDNT PAY THEM BACK! ”One week before arrival i replied to the emails send by vacasa/vrbo; 3 emails to ask for local persons contact. Did not receive any reply on the emails. So we had to wait by the gate. Had to call to vacasa USA, several calls, a mess. Once entered the property, big was the surprise when we saw the walls full of dirty traces in all chambers! Oxidation from the fans made a complete mess. Bedsheets, walls, all full of sprinkled oxidation. Also only 1 towel per person for the whole stay (4days!)...
