”Absolutely loved my stay at the Cascade. Room was very clean, quiet, and peaceful. The food at the restaurant was also great! Can't wait to come back and spend more time there.”

”This is a quaint inn under new ownership. The staff was eager for us to have a great experience and we did! We were warmly greeted and any special requests we had were easily taken care of. Our evening was topped off by an excellent dinner of filet mignon in the attractive, cozy dining room/bar.”

”It's an absolutely beautiful property! If your going soon be warned that some parts are under construction which did dampen our stay a bit (June 2026). We were walking around a path on the property and construction debris was falling around us in small pieces, the construction workers themselves were super friendly. The food at the hotel was amazing!!! Breath taking views and a small walk to main Street, with a bit of a steep walk back up!”

”I booked the Spruce Room, which has extremely dated pictures online. There have been years of use when you actually view the place. The kitchen has stains and marked up tiles, bathroom is barely clean with black mold in the back of toilet. All 4 of our beds had dirty linens and since there is no on-site manager, they had us raid the emergency shed and hopefully retrieve extra sheets. These sheets were all unusable. They reeked of mildew. Our family had nowhere to sleep that night, so we had to...

”The location was perfect! Close to all the attractions but a nice quiet location. Loved being by able to walk to the Whiteface Ski Resort. The view from the room was stunning. Our room could use a little updating but for the price it couldn’t be beat! The owners are wonderful! Always available and very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and we felt very comfortable there! We will definitely go back.”

”Alexandra and Anthonie were both super nice and friendly. When we arrived, they gave us a rundown of nearby restaurants to go and have dinner. Then showed us to our room and amenities. Room and bathroom were clean and comfy, wifi was fast there were extra pillows and blankets if needed. The area around the Inn is very cute, my girlfriend and i went for a walk in the nearby park in the morning and visited the Inn bookstore (we ended up buying 5 books lol). ”The room itself was nice, it smelled good and there was plenty of space to unwind. We had been excited to use the advertised pool and bicycles but the pool was "under construction" the entire weekend and when we asked about using the bikes we were told that they hadn't built them yet and they were unusable. Had we have known we could not use the features we booked the room for we would have booked with a different hotel. It is unfortunate as the room was not cheap to begin with.”

”YOU MUST STAY! I went with my husband, son, his wife, their 10yo son and 3yo daughter. We had a second floor bedroom and a third floor bedroom. The bedrooms (3 floors), tea/coffee room, all bathrooms, additional sitting rooms and basement (full functioning kitchen, rec room, laundry and bathroom) were all clean and tidy. ”At the very first moment, the owner Al made us feel welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was cosy and comfortable with all the necessary thing one would need. Breakfast was ok. Since we had been on the road for almost two weeks prior to our arrival, Al insisted we use his washing machine to wash our clothes! Had a good time spending one evening at the pool and around the campfire getting to know people. Would recommend this place to anyone that's ever going that way! Good...
