”The convenience of everything was great food was pricey rooms are great and clean some of the staff at the indoor water park were rude and some in the food service areas were rude and not attentive the arcade games kept taking our card and the games not working but all in all our grands had a great time.”

”Condo was spotless with everything needed to feel like your right at home living. Staff was excellent and very kind. Pool, hot tub, and lazy river were all exceptional. Our condo on one side you could see the Smokys and the other side we could see was the Gatlinburg Golf Course. The views were amazing!!! Instead, we walked into a room that clearly had not been cleaned properly.
