Pieni mökki iso viehätys. Kahden makuuhuoneen mökki, jossa king-vuode yhdessä ja suuret kaksoset yhdessä. Upea keittiö syömiseen tai ruokailuun yhdessä monista upeista paikallisista ruokapaikoista. Yksi kylpyhuone, jossa suihku / amme-yhdistelmä. Pesukone / kuivausrumpu. Erittäin mukavat kalusteet, joissa on antiikkia ja paikallista taidetta. Ulkoterassi mukaviin aamuihin tai iltoihin. Jefferson Tx. on Texasin viides vanhin kaupunki. Jefferson sijaitsee aivan Big Cypress -joen varrella. Olemme vain kolmen tunnin päässä Dallas Tx: stä. Olemme tunnin päässä Shreveport La: sta. Olemme neljän tunnin päässä Houston Tx: stä. Sijaitsee Itä-Texasin Piney Woodsissa.
Jefferson perustettiin 1840-luvun alkupuolella. Aikakin vilkas satamakaupunki, mutta nyt täydellinen kohde viikonloppumatkalle. This cottage was absolutely perfect and so incredibly cozy. From the moment we walked in, it felt like stepping back into my Granny’s house…the kind of place that instantly makes you exhale and feel at home. The location could not have been better…we loved being able to walk to everything in Jefferson without ever moving the car. The cottage was spotless, thoughtfully stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were truly comfortable, which made such a difference after full days of exploring. And the den…oh my goodness…the record player was such a special touch and quickly became one of our favorite spots to unwind. The whole place had warm, inviting vibes that made our stay feel extra special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jefferson.

The location of this property is ideal for a place to stay for walking around Jefferson. The host left a good complementary treat basket. However, there were cob webs, spiders, and dead bugs behind most of the furniture. The floor appeared swept, but grimy and not mopped. The kitchen countertop had bits of food and dirt behind the coffee maker. The interior of every kitchen drawer and cabinet storage space were also speckled with debris. The microwave had grimy smudges on the outside and specks of food on the inside. The refrigerator had hand prints and smudges on the outside, grime and food debris on the inside, and a nonoperational ice maker/dispenser. The bathroom toilet had brown specks of presumably fecal matter on the underside of the seat and inside the bowl. The shower curtain had mold developing on it. The towel rack's lower shelves were caked with grime and dust. The bathroom air vent was stopped up with dust, lent, and debris around the bathroom light. The inside rim of the clothes washer was lined with debris and grime. Finally, the interior HVAC return vent did not appear to have a filter. After discovering the aforementioned problems with cleanliness in the daylight of day two during our stay and tiring of cleaning things ourselves, we decided to leave early rather than spend another night.

Location of the cottage couldn’t be better for walking into town. The neighborhood is quiet, also welcomed. Jefferson has a wonderful historic district worth exploration. It was a comfortable cottage to relax and unwind in. Our biggest issue was that it was not as clean as we have come to expect in other properties we have rented. Examples: while the bathroom sink and toilet bowl were clean enough, the outsides of each were not. The refrigerator was usable but needed to be thoroughly cleaned inside. When one of the twin beds was opened, there were hairs on the linen. None of these were deal breakers (the owner agreed to refund our cleaning deposit, and we addressed the issues other than the fridge. There were a few other areas of general cleanliness that to us indicate the house needs, but has not received, a deep cleaning in some time. Again, not deal breakers.

Excellent Property

This house was literally on the Main Street. Only a one minute walk to the car show (which we weren’t even aware was going on this weekend- pleasant surprise). Walking to everything was so convenient! It was also quiet even though so close to everything.

The house was in great location,but not well taken care of, in need of cleaning outside deck and patio. We did stay two nights but when I killed two small spiders and a large bug, we decided to leave. We had it rented for 3 nights but left after 2. It wasn’t a good stay so will be a little more picky next time, even though the reviews were sounded good.

2025 Mardi Gras Blast

We've been coming to Jefferson for 3 years now and this place and the weather was the best so far!!! We absolutely loved the cozy and charming cottage. We loved the neat little hang out room and the record player. We could tell Anna must be a book lover, there were plenty of novels to read. The King size bed was very comfortable, and Anna had left us snacks, wonderful chocolate pralines and even milk! It was also close enough to just walk to all the shops and Annie SkinnersDefinitely we will be booking this place again.

Perfect location

The house was located one block from all the downtown shopping so perfect location. The kitchen had plenty of coffee and a few snacks that was unexpected, but appreciated. We enjoyed the house - very well done.

Great get away!

We enjoyed our stay and could not have asked for nicer hosts. They checked on us everyday to see if we needed anything. Air conditioning was great during a very hot week and the comfort of the bed was great. Enjoyed being close to downtown. Was a good trip.
