”I was out on the first floor next to the lobby. I heard someone above me walking. It sounded like stomping. Then in the middle of the night, there was a disturbance in the lobby. It was yelling and screaming. I had Zero sleep. The bathroom is outdated. There were chips and cracks on the floor panels and on the wall in the shower. It was uncomfortable. I wouldn’t come back here.”

”The property does NOT provide an ice maker. You either have to use ice trays to make your own or buy some at the Quik Trip. 🤔 We were in room 216. Every night from around 10 to 12 pm the people upstairs stomped all around their room like they were moving furniture or doing a slow jog. Also just noisy in general, could hear people in room next yo us talking alot.”

”We stayed at The Guest Lodge as we were watching our daughter row at a regatta at Lake Lanier so the location was perfect. However, it took 6 different key cards to get into our room. The staff were extremely helpful with this matter and had maintenance look at it. The problem still persisted but after several attempts we could access our room. ”My room was 325. The staff was extremely kind n accommodating but when I micro waved my food the microwave malfunctioned it a fire started not once but twice, then again when the front desk came to check it. It was not the container I used it was the plastic piece that held the glass plate. They immediately wanted to remove the microwave but not give me a decent comp. I didn't pay for the room but the fact that it is by the door and I could have been trapped in I believe I deserve more.”
