”Good and comfortable stay”

”BED BUGS!!! The hotel was overall a bit run down. It is an old building with some lipstick slapped on. Our shower had hair in it. Poor workmanship with silicon slathered everywhere in the bathroom. It was bearable until we settled in to watch tv and a bug crawled across my shirt. We pulled the mattress cover back to reveal several bed bugs. The staff didn’t seem too bothered to care; just a surface level apology. The only positive was the pool area prior to this nightmare beginning. It is nice...

”Great hotel, very clean and nice with easy access parking. The only negative was the pool being closed the weekend we were there for maintenance. Very disappointing for my kids after a long day at the zoo, but we still had a nice time.”

”Cleanliness and neatness is excellent. The heating was adequate. Flooring is vinyl, nothing fancy. Breakfast was good but not great. Coffee was not good at all. The biggest issue I had was with outside noise. Due to location, traffic noise is on the high side. Entrance to parking lot is through a gas station driveway, with standing water. The stay was good overall...I give it 3.75 out of 5.”

”The headboard needed to be disinfected, you could see greasy hand smears across from one end to the other. No working television. The continental breakfast was ok. The best thing about my stay was the shower. Like a waterfall with force. ”

”Spacious clean room”

”Newly remodeled and updated. One of the light fixtures didn’t work in the bathroom, which was annoying. Also the back door wouldn’t work with key cards. The person at the front desk ran over when they could hear us trying to get in. Would totally stay again.”

”Did not eat breakfast, early flight. The parking lot is poorly lit and is a bit cramped driving through. After checking in we found a bedbug in our bed. We tore the bed apart and did not see any more. You know what they say, when you find one.... The toilet in our room would continuously run if you didnt pay attention.The shuttle service to Eppley was great. Cost to leave our vehicle there was $5/day. ”

”Parking was safe and easy! Staff was friendly and super helpful! Hotel is in a great area and not to far from Walmart, target, or a hy vee along with different food places to eat. Would stay again and recommend to friends/family.”

”Room was really clean I like the modern look . Bathrooms had lots of space very nice and clean with a modern bathroom look. WiFi had a few issues but was resolved. The staff were excellent great value for money. ”

”This is a basic hotel which is what I was looking for. They have a workout room that I didn’t use nor the meeting room. Room was clean and comfortable.”
