”Everything was perfect ❤️”

”The room is super spacious and its amenities are great! The hotel is also located near a supermarket, McDonald's, pc bang, and several food places so very convenient. The only thing I would say is that it charges for toothbrushes and tea bags. The room rate is already so high, at least make sure the teas are complimentary. The toothbrush I know is for eco-friendly purposes so I get that.”

”Ok hotel and nice rooms. Staff quite inflexible and my gold status was not recognized at all”

”Huone oli siisti ja sänky erityisen hyvä.”

”Our room was very clean and quiet, just what we needed. The service staff was, without exception, polite and very helpful.”

”It is at a convenient location. The room was spacious, but it could use some maintenance. The ac is centralized, and it’s set as a heater, so it was a little hot at night. Translation of information was only available in Chinese. It’s a bit unfriendly to non Chinese speaking guests. Don’t know if it’s normal in Jeju, but there was a constant squeaky noise after a few minutes of hot shower. The staff was only onsite during certain hours, they kept my car key after parking my car and did not give...

”숙소 위치가 대중 교통과 식당등 편했습니다”

”보통이였어요”

”Breakfast was good and the staff very professional with excellent English skills. Hotel wasn't full and they kindly upgraded our room to a business suite for the same price! There are plenty of restaurants nearby and we enjoyed 1st class Korean hanu (beef from Korean cow) and pork (Jeju Island gurmet food is black pig) in a restaurant that is totally affordable. Our stay was very pleasant and would recommend this hotel for business travelers as well.”

”We stayed only one night but the bed was comfortable, the room super big, same with washroom. Ac available as it was hot outside. Location is ok, quiet and close to Bus station if you're planning to visit the crater. We walked to the night market so overall all good. I would stay here again.”

”The location is great, convenient for dining and getting to the highway. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downsides were that the facilities were a bit old; the TV didn't work and the hairdryer couldn't be used at high temperatures. Surprisingly, the trash cans hadn't been emptied on the day of check-in! Aside from that, there really weren't any flaws.”

”We stayed for a night. During check in the staff at the front desk was helpful. The hall is quite dark and bit moldy smell. After a long day of traveling, we were ready to go to bed but that’s when we realized the duvet and pillow smelled very musty. We called the front desk for new bedding set but probably the only staff for the night was running around and took 45 mins to reach him. Two other bedding set smelled the same and finally we got a new one. Next morning the toilet clogged and a...

”地點便利離機場近。房間燈光偏暗，停車場往地下B2的車道很窄，車子不容易進出，要小心擦撞。”

”Udemærket hotel - fin til prisen.”
