”I'm very happy i picked Seomun Residence Hotel (written Seomoon Residence Hotel at the hotel itself) for my place to stay in Jeju. Kind and helpful staff, easy check-in and check out. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed was quite hard, but comfortable enough. A big plus was the laundry machine in the room. Location is also convenient for airport, moving around the island, and visiting the city itself. The only minus I could find was that there were no bath towels available,...

”不便だった。親切でもなかった。特に初日と二日のフロントの対応は最悪だった。まず説明がなく、職人間に情報共有がされなく、マニュアルも何回も要求してやっともらうことに。部屋に電話すらなく、フロントまで降りても職人がいない場合が多い。連泊には水も入れてくれない。交渉して週一回シート交換する約束も結局実行されなかった。素人集団のようだ。”

”The host of the ara palace was very helpful, and said many times if u need anything she would be there to help. Towels are small but functional, everything was what I expected. There is a washing machine but u must hang dry ur clothes, there is racks to us in your room. The location was good. If u want to spend 3 times as much to get closer to the ocean u can. It's a mile walk to to peer in jeju city. 10 minute walk to Dongmun market. Fun place to visit, the beaches are nice and there's so much...

”Decent enough for the price. There were a few pots and pans available though they weren’t in the best shape. The a/c unit didn’t turn on at all unfortunately and the bathroom needs some work with very rusty hinges and the bidet didn’t work either. Good enough for someone needing a spot to sleep, bus stops within walking distance and a few restaurants that seemed good but were closed when I went to try them. ”

”Need to purchase own cooking utensils and garabages bags, if you want to utilize the kitchen. Do reach out if you need towels or else they'll tell you to throw away garabages yourself. ”

”Truly amazing glamping experience to a new high ceiling. Great food with fresh local ingredients. Friendly and helpful staff who welcomed us during the whole stay. Lovely campfire experience with a glass of cocktail, plus the starry light where you can go for stargazing. Good for family and kids who want to enjoy the nature of Jeju. ”
