”Nice hotel in a great location, but our room was uncomfortably cold and heating wasn't available in summer due to seasonal settings, despite the website saying rooms have both heating and cooling. Hotel was really quiet, didn't hear anything from the street or other rooms. Staff were mostly helpful, but we also met quite rude and arrogant customer service, which left a very bad impression. Overall ok experience.”

”Loistava sijainti: 800 m Vanhankaupungin aukiolle, vielä vähemmän Vltavan rantaan sekä tasavallan aukiolle, jossa mm. meroasema ja iso ostoskeskus, raitiovaunupysäkki vielä lähempänä. Siisti huone, ainakaan pihan puolelle eivät kuuluneet äänet kadulta. Suihkun paine riitti hyvin ylimpään 7. kerrokseen. Aamiainen ok, ystävällinen henkilökunta.”

”We spent a long weekend at the hotel and this was one of the best hotel experiences. Everywhere was really clean, as well as peaceful and quiet. The service was excellent. The room was spacious and very cozy, the bed comfortable. The spacious bathroom had good lighting, as well as a separate shower and bathtub. The breakfast was plentiful and really high-quality. We also had dinner in the hotel restaurant one evening, a strong recommendation for that as well, the food was excellent. ”
