”The host was great, sent us check-in information days in advance.Being less than 10 minutes from the square was so helpful as we made multiple trips down there during our stay.The house was clean, in great condition, and a lot of space. There is a huge backyard that my son loved running around in. Smart tvs in each room so we could log into our streaming accounts. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook a meal you bring. ”House was as advertised! The outside could use some curb appeal, grass needs to be cut! The home was a little older than the pictures convey but it was spacious and clean! Having access to a garage was a great bonus! Host was prompt with responses and communication was easy!”

”the property allows events however she did not have the price of guest allowed stated on the original post, and its 50 per person who comes in, and not at a time. she threatened to call the authorities because we had one friend come to the house and leave and then another came, only 3 people in the house. she tried to charge me for 8 people (600) and then 200 for cleaning because there was a couple of grocery bags of trash (she supplied ONE trash bag) and there were drinks in the refrigerator.”

Nice spacious 3 bedroom house with big living room. With new washer and drying in good size laundry room. We stayed for 2 weeks while working here in GA. So glad I picked this place. ”

”Carmen was amazing, quick to reply quick to assist, thank you so much! The 12 acre oasis was great. The lighting at night on the stairs at cottage a could be better, it looked like there used to be lights there, but they do not work. When it rained there’s a pretty good leak in the ceiling on the porch at cottage A and the dock with the cinderblocks underneath didn’t seem safe. Those were just a few minor things otherwise everything was good! Thank you again”
