Villa Vista - upeat joen merinäkymät


Villa Vista on Jennerin Kaliforniassa sijaitsevan loma-asunnon Casa Panaman piilotettu helmi. Sijaitsee Casa Panaman sivukulmassa erillistä erää kohti, ja sillä on oma porteitettu sisäänkäynti pysäköintialueelta, joka avautuu yläkerrokselle, josta on näkymät Venäjän joelle ja Tyynelle valtamerelle.

Kauniisti esitetty, kotona on 3 tasoa, joista jokaisesta on merinäköala. Sisääntulotasolla on iso, erittäin varusteltu keittiö, pesula-alue, oleskelualue ja ruokailutila, jolla on suuret ikkunat ja lumoavat näkymät. Yläkerrassa on iso näyttö-tv muhkealla vuodesohvalla. Alakerrassa on Master-sviitti, jossa on oma terassi, tilava kylpy, jossa on lasitettu suihku ja king-size-vuode ylellisillä vuodevaatteilla. Herää aamulla tässä ylellisessä tilassa nauttien merinäkymästä sängystäsi.

Villa Vistassa on lämmin kutsuva tunnelma, ja siitä on taatusti tullut suosikkipysäkki, kun tutkit rannikkoaluetta. Tämä rannikon osa on suosikki pyöräilijöille, lintuharrastajille ja retkeilijöille. Itse asiassa osana Casa Panaman Villa Vistan vieraat ovat tervetulleita käyttämään omistamaamme oikeuttamme Jenner Headlands -porttiin, joka sijaitsee lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä talosta. Tämä antaa sinun vaeltaa sisään ajamatta 2 mailia Hwyn yläpuolelle. 1 heidän pysäköintialueelleen. Polku yhdistyy välittömästi ja on hyvin merkitty.

The property has stunning views and was overall a pleasant stay. The only minor inconvenience was the city or county was repaving the road which made leaving and entering the property tricky since the road is pretty narrow.

This property is clean, stocked, and thoughtfully laid out. Beautiful detailed artwork throughout and comfort just where you need it. We loved the style, and the views from every room are breathtaking. Garden full of blooming coastal plants loaded with hummingbirds. We hope to comeback soon!

Beautiful property with astounding view
Location was perfect, the views from the unit and the decks were breathtaking. Communication with owner was easy. Bed was very comfy. Inside and outside all felt very nice, beautiful, and well cared for. Grill was easy to use. Only small bummer was the group staying in the attached unit was very loud which made relaxing outside slightly less peaceful.

There are 3 appartements in the same large house. They are separate and vis a vis is limited. Nevertheless, the acoustic insulation between apartments is limited. Our unit was decorated with taste and very functional.

Very well appointed and comfortable 3 level apartment with decks for outdoor enjoyment of a superlative view. It was foggy in the mornings and I felt cocooned and cossetted. When the fog cleared off the views of the Russian River and Pacific were stunning. It was a great spot to relax and unwind.

If you're looking to spend time in Jenner, this is a great spot to consider. There is ample deck space for time outside, and the interior layout provides for a variety of 'vibes'. When the internet for the town went out, our host (who lives nearby) checked in on us to make sure we were ok and let us know how to reach out for help if needed.

We had the most incredible stay at Casa Panama and Villa Vista - we rented all three spaces for 7 people and it was perfect for everyone to have their own space. Toni has done an incredible job outfitting and decorating the spaces. We had perfect weather, the views were endless and epic, and the house just lovely, comfy and cozy. This is a perfect house, in a perfect location, with a perfect view. We truly enjoyed our stay and once we parked, we didn't use our car again until we had to leave. It is a five minute walk to town and a five minute walk to access the Jenner Headlands Preserve which offers miles and miles of amazing hiking trails. Toni was an amazing host and we would definitely return in order to reduce the stress of everyday life. I would recommend this property to anyone as long as it it not during the same time I plan to return.

Gorgeous Views!!
This property is absolutely beautiful and everything as shown in the pictures, and more. I was in transit from the Bay area back to Bend and trying to escape the heat. This place was the perfect office...staring out over the river and ocean all day was mesmerizing (I did get some work done! wifi worked great, although no streaming of movies). Every afternoon spent at the beach by Goat Rock was perfect for the dog. The upstairs living room was super cozy and comfortable, while the bedroom downstairs stayed nice and cool and also had the beautiful view. Hosts are responsive and helpful. I'd say the only challenges (mostly user error) were learning the compact drawer refrigerator (I came prepared for cooking as not many close restaurants or stores), and the combo microwave/convection oven (missed that detail the first night, but worked great once I figured it out). Oh, and satellite tv never wanted to work for me...but user error again, I'm sure. Watched DVD movies instead which was fine. The other challenge was parking. I can't imagine driving up and parking a giant SUV or large sedan. Parking is more for a compact. My jeep cherokee fit fine, but when the other rental unit had tenants and multiple cars it was a bit tight getting in and out of the the little driveway. Overall, a super deluxe stay and absolutely beautiful. I will definitely stay again!

Ok, but...
Everything is as advertised, beautiful location and well-landscaped property. We had everything we needed but clothing hangers. There is no way to hang up your clothes in the one-bedroom unit. There is a closet but no pole for hangers, which seems strange. We gave the property three stars because of the check-in process. Two days before our arrival, Toni called us and explained there was a mistake and moved us from the one-bedroom to the 4-bedroom unit and said she would send out a confirmation email with the lockbox code, which she did. We thought there must be some issue with the one-bedroom unit and hence the move. We checked into the 4-bedroom unit, unpacked, and proceeded to have dinner out. Upon returning from dinner, all hell broke out. The party scheduled for the 4-bedroom was waiting outside. Toni was traveling, but she sent a friend to straighten this out. Her friend was speechless when we showed her Toni’s email sent to us. She simply didn’t know what to say. We now repacked, moved to the perfectly good one-bedroom unit, and unpacked again. Why we were moved to the 4- bedroom was never explained to us. Nor did Toni ever say she was sorry for the mixup. In some strange way, we feel Toni still thinks we are somehow at fault.

I cannot say enough good things about this location. As a photographer, I LOVED that stunning shots are just outside on the deck. We hiked Jenner headlands from the door and spent hours at the rivers mouth watching the seals play in the water. It was just what we needed to relax.

This place is terrific in so many ways - light and bright, clean, comfortable, high quality furnishings, well equipped kitchen, great views, artistically decorated, easy parking, nice outdoor lounging space, easy access to hiking and beaches nearby, good wifi and TV channel availability, responsive and friendly host, and more. That said, as with any rental, pay attention to the description to make sure the details work for you, such as stairs, bathroom open to the bedroom (toilet is private), on/off gas fireplaces for heat. Overall, we had a great getaway here and we'd definitely go back. I highly recommend it!

A True Favorite!
This was our 3rd stay at Villa Vista in 2021, and we can't wait to return. The views of both the river + ocean (rare!) are breath-taking, and the house is perfectly angled to capture both vistas. The windows & skylights offer natural light everywhere and lovely surrounding terraced gardens and color. (The photos online don't begin to do it justice!) The home itself is super comfortable - but also charming, with tons of artistic and personal touches. Top notch bedding and cookware, and electric fireplaces upstairs/down for plenty of warmth. Also, the hosts are SUPER responsive and go above and beyond to meet personalized needs. We wish we could give it far more than 5 stars!

My husband and I have stayed at many homes listed on VRBO over the last 15 years, all along the California, Oregon and Washington coast. This home is by far one of the top - certainly a 10+! The views from all locations are amazing, the entire interior of the home is beautifully decorated and the decks just add to overall experience. We are very familiar with the area but never have stayed in Jenner...we will be back! Toni was here when we arrived and shared some interesting information on her travels which are evident in the decor of the home. My husband loved the cozy reading/TV room upstairs, as did I. My husband & I decided on a getaway that combined the redwoods and ocean. Villa Vista fit the bill perfectly. Toni’s lovely home was well-appointed with everything you could need for cooking, comfort & beauty. Our favorite spaces were the decks with beautiful flowers, plants & trees in abundance - and the views of the Russian River & ocean were incomparable! Toni was readily available by text for anything we might need. We would definitely recommend this property & would love to return some day!

Incredible Home
My husband and I are an older couple who've been renting vacation homes for 25 years. And this home is one of the nicest that we have ever visited. The panoramic view of the river and ocean is unique and breath-taking. The home itself has every imaginable amenity: a great kitchen, luxury bedding, and an extremely comfortable loft for reading and TV viewing. And the way in which the architectural design captures the views and natural light in dazzling. The overall effect is incredibly restful; my husband and I have never slept better, and came home more relaxed than we've been in years. The layout & decor capture the spirit of surrounding area perfectly, and the effect is truly magical. We can't wait to return!
