Two-story stucco home sits one block from pool/clubhouse & is a short walk across A1A to the ocean. The number of guests identified on the reservation are the only overnight guests permitted during the stay. STRICT-NO PARTIES,/PETS/guests UNDER 12.

The space

First floor: Full sized garage, living room with desk area, tv, and speaker system. Triple sliding glass door which fully opens to outdoor kitchen, grill, bar, and back patio. One bedroom with full sized bed, closet, tv, and full attached bathroom with a walk in shower.

2nd floor: Living room with cable tv. Dining room. Full kitchen with breakfast bar, coffee machine, and more. Balcony with 2 chairs and table. Washer/Dryer. Master bedroom with queen sized bed, walk in closet, tv, full private bath with walk in shower, and separate tub. 2nd bedroom has full sized bed with closet, tv, and attached full bathroom with walk in shower.

The boat lift is not part of the rental. Most times, we can secure a slip at the marina, which is one minute away by golf cart and just around the corner (you can see it from the front of the house). The main concern is that boat or jet-ski trailers are not permitted to be stored on the property, so an offsite location is necessary for storage.
