This fully refinished and remodeled 2BR/2BA oceanfront condo in Jensen Beach combines beautiful coastal style with everything you need for a comfortable extended stay. Located on the 3rd floor with elevator access, you'll enjoy incredible ocean views and a beach that feels wonderfully private.

Your Oceanfront Stay

The primary bedroom features sweeping ocean views, balcony access, a 55" Smart TV, walk-in closet, window-side reading lounger, and a newly remodeled en-suite bathroom with double vanity. Smart TVs are also located in the living room and guest bedroom for all your streaming needs.

The kitchen is completely remodeled with brand-new appliances, cookware, dishes, essentials, and a fully stocked coffee & tea bar. A full washer/dryer with detergent, all linens, and starter supplies including paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, garbage bags, soaps, cleaning supplies, bathroom soaps & hygiene essentials are provided.

PLEASE READ! 30+ NIGHT RENTALS ONLY

The HOA for this condo requires a minimum stay of 30 nights, giving you the opportunity to experience a full month on Hutchinson Island without the multi-month commitment often required by seasonal rentals.

Additionally, the HOA requires all monthly guests to complete a rental application ($150) and background screening ($31 per adult). Application information will be provided after booking to help make the process as straightforward as possible. We will personally reimburse all application and background screening fees after HOA approval and completed bookings to make booking with us even more convenient!
