Great historical experience
Very nice hotel with grat history. Very helpful staf. Great historical atmosphere. Nice poolside. Good food and brekfast. I recommed warmly. A new hotel can't give such experience as this old hotel with its history.

This hotel has seen its best days. It’s tired and desperately in need of a refresh. The charming old work decor is tacky and out dated. The staff were so nice but often lack competence. E’g bringing room service but forgetting the cutlery. At these prices everything should be first class. The pool and garden are fabulous. A perfect oasis. There is nothing nearby to eat or go out. You’ll need a taxi. The food was also very disappointing. Very poor standard considering their target market.

Excellent in every way. Nice room and room service. Nice restaurants and food service. Superb swimming pool. Beautiful grounds. 15 minute walk to old city. Will definitely stay there again.

This is our 2nd time in this hotel and probably will be the last!!! Worst service ever! At the check out day they ask as to leave the pool since we "no longer have a room in the hotel" Worst experience ever

Thank you for your review and I'm sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your experience with us.As it was your second stay, you were fully aware that there is a mosque next door so I'm a little surprised of your concern.Let me also add that 99% of the hotels in the country and most hotels in the world have the same policy unless you pay an extra charge for a late checkout if availability permits, you do not have access to the facilities once you have done your checkout.When looking at the numerous very positive reviews about our services and our staff that are well known for the quality of their service I'm even more surprised of your statement.Sincerely yours.

Preis Leistung hält sich nicht Waage. Das Personal war bis auf zwei Personen distanziert und kühl. Der Rest war gut, jedoch nicht den üblichen 5 Sterne Standard entsprechend. Die vom Hotel organisierten Taxis arbeiten mit überteuerten Pauschalen ohne Taxameter, das war unangenehm.

One of the hotels ever
This place is impeccable from the service to the food to the historical relevance and decor. Youssef the concierge was professional and accommodating (and patient!) from the first email and Imad in the Courtyard restaurant was as well. The shops on site are top notch and oooohhh the food!!! One of the best hotels we have ever had the pleasure to stay,

We loved it!
This hotel exceeded our expectations. Not only were the facilities and room incredible, but the history and architecture added another dimension to the stay.

A unique property with local flair and an intriguing history. Our room was very well equipped and had a wonderful terrace overlooking a small garden of the hotel. The restaurant was wonderful, as was the bar. Well worth s stay.

Good stay
Good hotel, with good service. Came across as 4.5 stars versus 5. The pool is lovely and the staff were friendly. Overall happy experience. Room felt a bit outdated.

This is one of those hotels that will leave you breathless in it’s beauty and surroundings, and it will be one of those special hotels that you will be pleased you stayed at, as well as, look back with fond memories. Everything is top notch, exquisitely detailed, and well thought out in a peaceful garden surroundings. You will be transferred away into a Zen like state of mind and body. Your only regret will be that you will eventually have to leave. But fear not, you will always have the next stay to look forward to once again in the near future. Very friendly staff. We arrived very early and very tired but we we’re allowed to check in early to an upgraded room. It was most appreciated. The hotel is lovely, would stay there again if we are ever back In Jerusalem.

Beautiful Oasis
Beautiful oasis in Jerusalem! We loved our stay here and will return. The grounds are lovely and a great change from the larger hotels. The cellar bar is charming, the many seating areas encourage you to linger and enjoy the beautiful place. Our room was very spacious and comfortable.
