”Our stay was a dream come true. The hotel facilities feel like staying in a museum, full of history and beauty. The staff went above and beyond, Lucia the concierge made sure we were taken care of, she went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The servers at breakfast and dinner were so kind and offer us off menu items and never stopped asking if we needed anything else. The location of the hotel is perfect to enjoy beautiful landscapes and a peaceful atmosphere. The spa is amazing!!...

”We stayed here for two nights with my wife. The location is great and the breakfast was nice. Also the hotel property is well maintained and the room is on good condition. However the room's air quality left a lot to be desired. Neither of us are sensitive to bad air quality but the both of us had our noses running. The ventilation for the room seemed to be inadequate and the bed sheets had a strong smell of chlorine on them. Overall not really good value for money. Would not recommend this...

”LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!! This hotel is a magical place to stay in the center of Cusco. The views and balcony from our room were impressionable. The dining area balcony was beautiful from the morning breakfast to the evening glass of wine. The noise is true but that is expected when staying in this area. Solution, add some white noise in your room and bring ear plugs. You'll sleep like a baby. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They made sure our breakfast was availble at 3:30am...

”From check-in to check-out we received very good service. The staff made sure we had comfortable stay in the hotel and in Cusco. The room was very nice and had everything we needed. The breakfast had several options and tasted good. The hotel is by a bigger road, but it didn't cause any problems and it was very close to the plaza and other major attractions.”
