”Thank you!”

”Nice location but other things pretty disappointing, Our room, the bed was located right by the door. Noise was right there so it felt like I was laying out in the hallway. There was a wedding and reception which was going to be noisy (understandable) but 11 pm kids running up and down the hallway screaming and slamming doors. I called the place from my cell phone and asked if that was part of the experience I was supposed to have. No apology from him. I did not call angry, I was very polite....

”The room was dirty and the bathroom and absolute disaster”

”Everything was really clean, the breakfast was better than the normal continental breakfast. And the staff was very friendly.”

”staff were incredibly helpful! Our first trip to KC, MO and they were so helpful. It made our stay great and we had an incredible time!”

”This was my first time staying at an Element hotel and if they are all like this one, it won’t be the last. I was extremely impressed with this hotel! My room felt like a one bedroom apartment. The property is well maintained, the hotel is modern, which I love, the gym is very nice, the bed and pillows were comfortable and everything was clean.”
