”Great stay”

”When I called the hotel for a shuttle from the airport I was told to call the same number I had just called? Eventually I got a recording that was too fast to follow and I had to call multiple times to get the phone number and determine if it was B5, T5, or G5 for the pick-up location. The floor of my room was flooded which also revealed that it was dirty. The outdoor hallways still had puddles, as well. The person sent to mop the room did not have a key so I had to meet him there. ”Beds were comfortable, bathroom need a makeover, I had to use a towel to cover the blinds because there were some missing. The lady on check in date was rude, her attitude change once I ask her why she was so rude her response was (I'm not feeling it today). I think her name was Helena are Elena.”

”Bathrooms are dated. Motel 6 vibes”

”The property is disgusting. DO NOT BOOK! The people in the hotel were nice and I’m sure the conditions of the property are beyond their control. But this property is dilapidated and needs to be torn down. Every floor has water damage. Gnats were flying out of the drain, the bathroom was FILTHY & if I hadn’t arrived after midnight I would’ve went back to the airport to wait for my flight. There is no shuttle and hasn’t been one for several years. People were at the front desk asking for refunds...

”This building needs to be torn down. While our room had been somewhat updated, the entire location is old and felt unsafe. I would not recommend this location. ”

”First of all the building and rooms was nasty. It stank bad, roaches and bugs in the rooms. Rub was filthy. The building was being remodel so all the chemicals all in the air, it was noisy. The worst hotel ever. Im more mad that they was open for people to stay there with construction going on in the building. Something bit my baby in the face. I do believe I should get a refund, because it was horrible”

”If you live by the theory of you get what you pay for this is an incredible value. Just be prepared, know that you must bring your own stuff to cook with and room service comes when you leave not before. The rooms are really nice comfortable to a Fairfield by Marriott her Four Points by Sheraton the staff is the best thing they are great people who really want to help. I'm disabled and I had an accessible room that was unlike many and larger chains actually adhered to ADA standards.”

”The towels was crunchy , it does give a Motel 6 vibe but like maybe motel 7 instead lol ,we came fora concert and to explore so it was a good place to sleep but the shower drainage was slow so it the water did start to rise as we were showering but the cookies were good and the rooms ac worked and is close to airport with a free shuttle every 30 mins so that’s a plus but to go to bourbon street / the city is about 20 mins if your Planing on using uber.”

”rooms were very well cleaned. Staff was very polite and helpful. I was a little skeptical and staying here. The room was only $56 a night compared to other hotels in the area, but I have to say it was very well worth it definitely will stay there again.”

”The sheets and pillow cases where not clean they had been flipped over. I asked for fresh linen and was told that he didn't have access to the clean linen. I refuse to lay on covers that have been slept on etc by someone else, I finally got the fresh linen and changed the bedding myself”
