”Room was very poor. Outlets not working. No blanket, multiple appliances in one outlet (fire hazard), dead bolts not working. Dirty bathroom. Broken fixtures in bathroom, dirty floor, broken tile, no exhaust fan in bathroom, ironing board but no iron. ”The room was just mid, but most annoying was that the bathroom pocket-door would not close -- there was something stuck to it that appeared to be a wad of wet toilet paper (yuck!), too. The floor did not appear to have been vacuumed well in our room either. We almost didn't stay, but it was only for one night. ”At a late night check in, I was sent to an already occupied room. Scary and unsettling. The ac dripped. The sink dripped. The tub was stained. The floor stained my socks. The saggy bed did not have a top sheet. Breakfast was not well stocked. Horrid. ”

”The beds were amazingly soft and comfortable the room itself was nice. The only problem that I had with the room is that it didn't have any conditioner shampoo in the containers. And the bathroom was extremely Dusty with strands of hair from other travelers on the floor as if they didn't thoroughly clean the bathroom. Also the bathroom rug towel had holes in it it was torn and ripped it's on the corners all the other towels were perfectly fine the rest in the room was perfectly fine.. the pool...
