Bright and cozy summer house near Isefjord

Here you’ll find a cozy vacation home built in 2016 with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. Although the house is only 60 m² in floor area, the space is optimally utilized and features a loft, making it feel larger. The double doors in the living room open out onto the 70 m² terrace, where you can enjoy the sun and long summer evenings.



The house is decorated in a simple, bright, and Nordic style with room for both children and adults. The large loft with high ceilings is perfect for playing, relaxing, or retreating. Because the house is relatively new, it is functional and well-insulated.



The 1,200 m² garden offers plenty of space for outdoor games, with two large soccer goals, a rebounder, and a trampoline. In May, the garden is beautifully adorned with purple lilacs all around, and the rest of the year it is covered in green foliage.



The house is located 350 meters from Isefjorden and the beach, 2 km from Nordskoven with the Fjordstien trail, and 650 meters from shopping. Walk along the beach to Kulhuse Harbor, visit the pop-up café Elmelunden, bike through Nordskoven to Roskilde Fjord, or take the Columbus ferry to Hundested. Jægerspris Castle and Selsø Castle are also within easy reach.
