Huonoa: Henkilökunta ja palvelu, palvelut/mukavuudet ja majoituspaikan kunto ja tilat
I have to stay for 7 nights in Guangdong Heshan, but mistakenly booked 6 nights. It is not weekend and still is the same price as when I booked on Expedia. I asked can be charged by the average of my booking price? The front said : 1st they don’t follow the expedia( but I booked by USA Expedia?);2nd they don’t take foreign currency (I said I can Paid them by RMB).Then the typical “bargain Dance” started. Finally, the managers on duty sticked to charge $18 dollars RMB more than the price showing on the webpage ( less than $3 USA dollars!) unfortunately, I did saw them selling their rooms with a much lower price when I check- in. Unhappy experience! Ridiculous! They don’t care and keep royalty customers. What they care are the quick money! Terrible service ! Even though I told them I have no Chinese phone number, no data and “weixin” electric money except cash. I moved to another hotel across the street right away and felt so angry. It is absolutely crazy and doesn’t make sense. Not recommend! Never be back again!
