”Room was nice with comfy beds. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve seen from a hotel. All staff that I personally encountered were great. My only complaint was that you could hear everything happening in the hallway and quite a bit from outside. I had a busybody neighbor unfortunately and their constant coming & going made sleep elusive as the door would slam behind them every time they went in & out. ”

”Our stay at the Hyatt was exceptional, we brought our grandchildren to swim in the pool on their spring break. The pool was very clean and the kids had a great time swimming. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!”

”Stayed for two nights never got room cleaned or towels refreshed. Pool was cold, was supposed to have hot tub, but didn’t. Was supposed to have free WiFi, but didn’t unless you sign up for membership. Was supposed to have breakfast but didn’t. Unless you buy breakfast in the connected restaurant. Toilet hadn’t been cleaned for a while had stains in the side. Towels were stingy. Very loud!! Could hear everything around you, above you, in next door rooms and hallway. Was an annoying knocking sound...
